RUSTIC Cabin......."Very Texan"....Located directly on the Colorado River, just a mile south of the Intracoastal Waterway and only a short drive to Matagorda Beach beach, Joy's MatagordaVilla offers you easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, both Matagorda Bays and some of the best fishing, hunting, bird watching, and shelling on the entire Texas coast.

Special Feature: Joy's MatagordaVilla features a 70 foot long lighted fishing pier....dock your boat or fish right out your back door! On our pier, you will find crab traps for you use...just bait 'em and put them in the water to catch your own blue claw crabs right from the dock.

Provided: Sleeping accommodations for 4 to 6 persons. You must provide your own bedding, towels, and pillows. Furnishings include BBQ pit, TV, radio, refrigerator, electric range and microwave. All kitchen utensils and appliances provided.

Not Provided: Towels, bedding, pillows....Please bring your own. If you wish to do any outdoor cooking, you will need to provide charcoal, lighter fluid. Be sure to bring your own bug spray and of course, your food. If there is something that you left at home or need during your stay, the community of Matagorda with grocery stores, gasoline, and restaurants is just a short drive away.

Rates: Contact property owner for rates. There is a two night minimum stay. The required deposit of $150.00, is returnable if the cabin is left cleaned, in 'turn around' condition and ready for the next guest's arrival.
