Our home is located on the colorado river. We are minutes from the beach. Next door is rawlings bait camp which has a small store, bait, boat launch, cleaning tables, table shrimp,etc. In front of the house we have a pier you can fish from or pull your boat up front and use the boat whips. You will have boat access to the Gulf of Mexico or east and west bays. There is also a large picnic table and barbque pit for outdoor entertaining. Up stairs, on the front deck there are chairs to relax , watch those absolutely beautiful sunsets or take in the great views of the bay and river.
