Welcome to Michael's Guide Service at MatagordaBay.com. If you're looking for the excitement and thrill of catching trophy Trout, Redfish or Flounder at Matagorda Texas, give Capt. Rolf a call. He will do his honest best to see that you enjoy an exciting, fun filled fishing trip on the waters of Matagorda Bay!

Capt. Rolf has grown up fishing the Matagorda area and has more than 25 years of experience that he wants to share with you. His goal is to see that you have a fun, safe fishing experience.

Capt. Michael Rolf fishes both East and West Matagorda Bays, the Matagorda Surf, Matagorda Jetties, and the Colorado River. Capt. Rolf is a USCG and Texas Parks and Wildlife licensed fishing guide.

Booking Information

Guided Trip Rates:

Full Day -
$500.00 for 1 - 4 persons.

Half Day -
$400.00 for 1 - 4 persons.

**Bait at additional cost.

Family and Group trips welcomed.

$100.00 Deposit required in advance. Deposit is refundable if weather conditions do not permit fishing.

You will be fishing from Capt. Rolf's 24 foot custom built bay boat. You can fish from the boat or wade.
